After being spoiled by PEOPLE Magazine, TV execs from TLC still made a big fuzz over the “big” announcement of reality TV couple Jon and Kate Gosselin. On last Monday’s episode, the couple still let things off their chest and admitted that they are splitting.
In separate interviews, the Jon & Kate Plus 8 parents gave their reasons for splitting up and how it has affected their relationship with each other and their eight kids. According to Kate Gosselin she is tired of “smiling in the outside but crying on the inside”.
On the other hand, Jon Gosseline said, “We don’t have anything now. It’s just like two people who happen to live here.” He also added that what they have right now is not good for their kids.
As for the question if the show played a part on their decision, Kate had this to say: “I believe it’s a chapter that would have played out had the world been watching or not.”
Still, both of them said that they don’t hate each other and that divorcing was the best decision for the kids. But the question remains, how is that so?
