Artie Lange pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence after being arrested last Friday for rear-ending another car in Toms River in New Jersey.
Lange’s lawyer says he passed an alcohol screening test after the crash, but the police thought he was under the influence anyway and requested a urine sample. Results of the urine test is yet to come out.
Mr Lange is due back in court on August 26.
