Star reports that a hotel source saw them “canoodling” in her room and that they used decoy cars to “put off” the media in the process. The magazine also claims exclusive quotes from Rihanna’s mom Monica Fenty, who is pretty upset that her daughter is supposedly back in Chris Brown’s arms.
