Some say the up skirt photos was poorly photoshopped, she’s wearing panties and the up skirt never happened because of Miley Cyrus’ prevention. Is it a sign that Miley Cyrus’ big big bang just can’t be tamed?
Note to Perez though: Not cool on posting uncensored version of these photos.
